KHC Membership/Merchandise

You can now make payment for memberships and merchandise via your credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover); in person at the office, over the phone with our helpful staff or by using the PayPal "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons on this form!

The Membership Year is January 1-December 31. When you pay on-line, please enter your name, address and other information in the PayPal 'shipping information' which will be transmitted along with your Pay-Pal payment. Your membership cannot be completed without this information!

You do not need to send a copy of this form to the office, unless you wish to pay by check - please print, complete and send this form with your check to: Kansas Horse Council, 8831 Quail Lane Suite 201, Manhattan, KS 66502 Under 18 must have parent or guardian signature.
